Training Registration

Training is available to those who are currently employed at nursing homes, home health agencies, hospices, community based residential facilities, facilities serving people with developmental disabilities (ICF/MRs), personal care worker agencies and long term care hospitals in Wisconsin.

PLEASE NOTE: Beginning in Fall 2008, a training fee of $20 per session per person will be charged to help defray the cost of on-site training. Payment will be collected when you arrive at the training. Please bring cash or a check payable to UW Oshkosh to the training. Receipts will be issued. Registration deadlines are 10 days before the training dates.
